"But did you know, that when it snows, my eyes become large and the light that you shine can be seen."
did you know Batman wrote this song
humans are so cute, when we say goodbye we put our arms around each other and to show we love someone we bring them flowers. we say hello by holding each other’s hand, and sometimes tiny little dewdrops form in our eyes. for pleasure we listen to arrangements of sounds, press our lips together, smoke dried leaves, get drunk off of old fruit. we’re all just little animals, falling in love and having breakfast beneath billions of stars

Against the Infinite
Portland, Oregon-based artist AJ Fosik creates amazing wooden sculptures that come to life through vibrant colours. The artist uses a radiant spectrum of colours for each of his pieces, exaggerating their animated nature. As a result, the sculptural works have a whimsical appeal that, upon closer inspection, leads one to question the presence of violent tools and symbols of death (skulls). Ultimately, Fosik’s work explores themes of mortality, idolatry, and the duality of humanity between the physical and symbolic self.
I’ve seen these before and liked them, but forget whether I reblogged them with proper tags so I can find again.
